If an repair exceeds 5 working days a replacement unit will be provided (subject to availability) will be provided. All repairs are guaranteed for 3 months on all parts fitted. Your equipment will be returned and installed at your convenience.

If the item is uneconomical to repair the unit will be returned with no charges to pay.
